羅茨風機葉輪與潤滑系統(tǒng)
1. 旋向:面向風機帶輪(聯(lián)軸器),左側(cè)逆時針方向旋轉(zhuǎn)為正方向;右側(cè)順時針方向旋轉(zhuǎn)為正方向。所有羅茨風機附件包括底座、傳動裝置、進出口、壓力表、安全閥、撓性接頭、止回閥、減震墊、地腳螺栓及其連接件等。
2. 采用三葉輪及帶螺旋線形的箱體,兩根平行的軸上設(shè)有三葉形葉輪,葉輪與橢圓形機箱內(nèi)孔面及各葉輪三者之間始終保持微小的間隙,各支葉輪始終由同步直齒輪保持正確的相位,不會出現(xiàn)相互碰觸現(xiàn)象。
3. 葉輪為球墨鑄鐵QT500-7、軸為45號優(yōu)質(zhì)碳素鋼。葉輪型線為復合型,運轉(zhuǎn)時泄漏更少。軸在冷狀態(tài)時,葉輪內(nèi)徑過盈0.04mm再經(jīng)加熱后,經(jīng)液壓裝置緩慢的壓到固位置,在高速運轉(zhuǎn)時軸與葉輪間保持著過盈0.01mm,使葉軸在高速運轉(zhuǎn)時不松動。
4. 羅茨風機同步齒輪采用直齒輪結(jié)構(gòu),傳動平穩(wěn),浸油潤滑,噪聲更低。
5. 羅茨風機一端軸承采用飛濺潤滑,另一端軸承采用黃油潤滑。雙油箱的風機兩端均采用飛濺潤滑。
6. 羅茨風機冷卻方式為水冷卻/空冷卻,傳動方式為直聯(lián)傳動/皮帶輪,風機為單級風機。

羅茨鼓風機系屬容積回轉(zhuǎn)鼓風機。這種壓縮機靠轉(zhuǎn)子軸端的同步齒輪使兩轉(zhuǎn)子保持嚙合。轉(zhuǎn)子上每一凹入的曲面部分與氣缸內(nèi)壁組成工作容積,在轉(zhuǎn)子回轉(zhuǎn)過程中從吸氣口帶走氣體,當移到排氣口附近與排氣口相連通的瞬時,因有較高壓力的氣體回流,這時工作容積中的壓力突然升高,然后將氣體輸送到排氣通道。兩轉(zhuǎn)子互不接觸,它們之間靠嚴密控制的間隙實現(xiàn)密封,故排出的氣體不受潤滑油污染。

其大的特點是使用時當壓力在允許范圍內(nèi)加以調(diào)節(jié)時流量之變動甚微,壓力選擇范圍很寬,具有強制輸氣的特點。輸送時介質(zhì)不含油。結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、維修方便、使用壽命長、整機振動小。
