概 述
真空帶式干燥機(jī)是近幾年國(guó)內(nèi)發(fā)展起來(lái)的一種新型干燥設(shè)備,廣泛適用于絕大多數(shù)天然植物藥的提取物,尤其適合粘性高、易結(jié)團(tuán)、熱塑性、熱敏性的藥物或不適宜于采用噴霧干燥法的物系,可連續(xù)進(jìn)料、連續(xù)出料。其進(jìn)料、干燥、出料整個(gè)過(guò)程密閉,在高真空度下進(jìn)行,不與外界環(huán)境接觸,符合GMP要求。
在二十世紀(jì)50年代,真空帶式干燥機(jī)首先由德國(guó)Merk公司研發(fā)成功,隨后德國(guó)的E&E(易恩)公司、瑞士Bucher公司和日本的大川株式會(huì)社也相繼跟上,經(jīng)過(guò)近50年的發(fā)展,隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展和應(yīng)用,真空帶式干燥機(jī)已經(jīng)成為集光機(jī)電一體化的高技術(shù)干燥設(shè)備。
溫州市鴻都輕工機(jī)械有限公司由專(zhuān)業(yè)人員赴國(guó)外研究考察,在充分研究了德國(guó)的E&E(易恩)公司、瑞士Bucher公司和日本的大川株式會(huì)社同類(lèi)設(shè)備的基礎(chǔ)上,吸取國(guó)外的*技術(shù),自主研究開(kāi)發(fā)了TZ型真空帶式干燥機(jī)。解決了長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)中藥行業(yè)中許多浸膏難以干燥的問(wèn)題,采用噴霧干燥溫度高,熱敏性物質(zhì)易被破壞,采用真空烘箱干燥時(shí)間長(zhǎng),能耗高,間斷操作,容易染菌和吸潮,達(dá)不到GMP質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。溫州市鴻都輕工機(jī)械有限公司TZ型真空帶式干燥機(jī)的研制成功,對(duì)中藥、醫(yī)藥中間體、精細(xì)化工、食品及保健品等行業(yè)的干燥問(wèn)題起到了極為積極的推動(dòng)作用,是替代噴霧干燥和真空烘箱干燥的產(chǎn)品。如中藥行業(yè):丹參、復(fù)方丹參、川芎、當(dāng)歸、、靈芝、苦參、人參、刺五加等;食品保健品行業(yè):咖啡、麥乳精、果珍、速溶奶粉、速溶茶等;還有精細(xì)化工、顏料、農(nóng)藥等行業(yè)都有非常好的應(yīng)用效果。
TZ型真空帶式干燥機(jī)不但干燥溫度低、可連續(xù)化生產(chǎn),而且干燥過(guò)程損失小、浪費(fèi)少、輕松操作,重要的是降低勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度,節(jié)省大量的能源。以TZ4型帶式真空連續(xù)干燥機(jī)為例,與同產(chǎn)量真空干燥箱對(duì)比,可節(jié)約用電65%,節(jié)約蒸汽70%;比同產(chǎn)量的噴霧干燥機(jī)節(jié)約用電75%,節(jié)約蒸汽85%。
SUMMARY
The vacuum belt type drying machine is a new model drying device developed in recent years in the country. If the vacuum oven is adopted for drying, bacterial contamination and moisture absorption will easily occur because of too long drying time, high energy consumption and intermittent operation, which cannot meet GMP quality standards. 工作原理:
待干燥的物料通過(guò)螺桿計(jì)量泵將其送入干燥機(jī)的真空室內(nèi),并由布料電機(jī)均勻的灘涂在傳送帶上。由電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)特制的輥軸傳動(dòng)傳送帶,并以設(shè)定的速度運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。傳送帶下面設(shè)有相互獨(dú)立的加熱板和一組冷卻板,傳送帶與加熱板、冷卻板緊密貼合,以接觸傳熱的方式將干燥所需的熱量傳遞給物料與冷卻。根據(jù)物料性質(zhì)的不同設(shè)定傳送帶的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)速度,當(dāng)物料由傳送帶從筒體的一端運(yùn)送到另一端時(shí),物料已經(jīng)干燥并冷卻。傳送帶折回時(shí),干燥后的料餅從傳送帶上剝離,通過(guò)粉碎裝置進(jìn)行粉碎后,經(jīng)由蝶閥氣閘出料,獲得的顆粒,可直接制成膠囊或壓片。
整臺(tái)設(shè)備采用PLC控制。通過(guò)PC機(jī)的人機(jī)界面來(lái)操作設(shè)備。在干燥機(jī)附近設(shè)置觸摸屏操作面板,配置圖形界面,能顯示各類(lèi)工藝參數(shù)、生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)等參數(shù),可實(shí)時(shí)進(jìn)行修改和調(diào)控。可配備CIP在位清洗,使得更換產(chǎn)品清洗非常方便。
